Delivery is always within 24 hours of confirmation. All files are sent securely via platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.

We collect only essential information (name, email, project details, and media files) to fulfill your order. Your content is never shared, sold, or reused, and access is limited strictly to our internal editing team.

💳 Payment Process

Payments are manually requested after the final approval of your edited content. No automatic charges are made. We confirm your satisfaction and then share payment instructions to complete your order.

We do not store payment details and only use secure, verified methods for transactions based on client preference (bank transfer, manual links, etc.).

💸 Refund Policy

• ✅ Full Refund: If delivery is not made within the promised 24-hour window, you are eligible for a full refund.
• ♻️ Partial Refund: If the service was delivered but does not match agreed expectations, we offer partial refunds or free revisions.
